Abstract:The development of higher education thoughts from the 20th century to the beginning years of the 21st century reveals the train of thought transformation in modern higher eduation.Therefore we probe this transformation in five aspects: reviewing the higher education thoughts of the 20th century;schools of western education thoughts of the 20th century;higher education thoughts of the beginning 21th century;influences and trends of higher education thoughts of the beginning 21th century;choices and reaction of China's higher education.
