Abstract:In order to improve the qualities of the graduation project and cultivate students with innovative talent in terms of the social needs,we have established team-cultivation model for undergraduate during the process of implementing the graduation project.This model emphasizes the guidance,management and supervision in the whole process of graduation project for the teachers and trainings for comprehensive abilities including literature survey ability,writing skills,oral communication skills,team-building ability,practice ability and creativity for the students.By applying this mode,not only the qualities of graduation project are significantly improved,but also the compound abilities of students are greatly enhanced,thus paving the way for their future career.
