Purification of Peanut Allergen Ara h2 with Anion-exchange Chromatography

Abstract:To obtain the main peanut allergen Ara h2, defatted process, centrifugation, anion-exchange chromatography and membrane dialysis were used during the purification with the crude ground peanut as material. The results showed that the purity of the Ara h2 was more than 90 percent, and the recovery accounts 21.9% of total Ara h2 with the anion-exchange chromatography, which can provide reference for the purification of allergen Ara h2.
