Abstract:In order to explore effect of different fungicides on inhibiting Sclerotinia Sclerotiorium,we tested the germination rate of sclerotial,numbers and survival rate of apothecia treated with seven common fungicides under different conditions.The results showed that the all seven fungicides could significantly inhibit sclerotial germination and apothecia development with the control efficacy of over 70 ％ in the field.The germination rate of sclerotia,number and survival rate of apothecia in S.Sclerotiorium had been significantly effected under different external conditions.The germination rate of sclerotia was 64.4％ under wet condition.In contrast,the sclerotia could survive but not germinate in the dry state.The death rate of sclerotia was more than 90％ in the watered-out state.The germination rate of sclerotia was very low with the fungicide treatments.The inhibition effect of fungicide treatment on germination rate of sclerotia was different depending on soil depth.Few apothecia were produced when the soil depth was larger than 7 cm.By contrast,much more apothecia were produced when the soil depth was less than 4 cm.By using microbicides soil surface spray,the apothecia production in Sclerotinia Sclerotiorium can be significantly reduced to more than 66.7 ％.But the inhibition rate was decreased obviously along with the increase of soil depth.The results showed that the premium fungicides in controling the sclerotial germination and apothecial development of Carbendazim,Chlorothalonil,Dimetachlone and Thiophanate-methyl were used together,the effective disease man agement was taken in crop rotation of rice and rape,deep tilling before sowing or fungicide soil surface treatment in the field.
