Distribution of Pollution Industries and Emission Reduction Technologies: Impact on China's Pollution Transfer

Abstract:According to the industrial gradient transfer rule,in China the trend of industry transfer form developed coastal areas to inland less developed areas is inevitable.But the industrial pollution begins to transfer with the industry from the coastal areas to inland,which will cause more serious damage to the middle,west and northeast where the original ecological environment is relatively fragile.Therefore,it is necessary to recognize the pollution transfer in different region in recent years.Through the empirical analysis in this paper,we found that the pollution transfer is not only relative with the transfer of the polluting industry,but also by the impact of pollution control technology.To enhance the emissions control technology is a key factor for the realization of China's economic,social and environmental coordinated development.
