Abstract:The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is a world-class medical school.At the beginning of the 21st century its cultivation mode of doctor of medicine was reformed to fully embody the requirements of biopsychosocial medical model.High quality medical talents will be cultivated through high and concrete cultivation target location,excellent teaching condition,reasonable teaching arrangement,integrated curriculum,Competency-oriented teaching contents and methods,rational students evaluation system,which is worthy learning and being a reference for the medical schools in China.

Abstract:In recent years, a number of policies have been implemented to strengthen the cultivation of general practitioners in China. However, the development of community-level health professionals is still lagging behind, the development is uneven among regions, the overall number of general practitioners is insufficient, and the quality of medical services needs to be improved. Based on the Shanhai (Mountain and Sea) promotion project, with the close cooperation between the Second Affiliated Hospital and the medical consortium unit Suichang County People′s Hospital, a " Joint Cultivation by Dual-Teachers " model has been applied in training general practitioners for Suichang county community since March 2021. In this article we discuss the optimization and integration of medical and health resources through the outreaching assistance of high-quality personnel, management and system of medical service, to comprehensively upgrade the primary care and the quality of grass-roots general practitioners in remote mountainous areas.

Abstract:[Summary] During the past 100 years, especially since New China was born, China has made important substantial contributions to the progress and development of medicine in the world. Dedication, hardship, innovation, and exploration were the key elements behind these significant achievements. Medical universities should energetically train and give incentives to the talented young people and encourage their innovation, while medical students and young doctors should establish and forge ahead with determination, persist in exploring new frontiers, and make even more remarkable achievements in the future.

Abstract:This paper starts with the connotation of "new medicine" under the background of Healthy China, focuses on the "new medicine" talent training system, and illustrates the necessity and urgency of developing "new medicine" from three aspects, which are new strategic requirements for serving China's health construction, external demands for meeting the country's transformation and development, and internal demands for meeting the medical reform. This paper further elaborates the basic strategy of "1234" for developing "new medicine", namely, adhering to the "new concept" of "one center", establishing the "new quality" of "two types of balance", promoting the "new system" of "three coordinations", and strengthening the "new model" of "four kinds of crossing". And this paper suggests that we should actively seek for strong support from government departments, comprehensively promote the overall development of medical personnel, and accelerate innovation in interdisciplinary integration, thus to provide useful reference for highlevel medical personnel training in China.

Abstract:Ph.D candidate education is the highest level of higher education. Training model of Ph.D candidate in Medical College of Georgia and University of Manitoba)has vivid characters compared with that in China,which is reflected by the training objective,qualification of students and tutors,culti-vating procedures and admission requirements for graduation. This kind of cultivating model performs stringent selection and can gradually pick out persons who are really fit for the scientific research. Ph.D candidate quality in the two universities is guaranteed by systemic and deep courses learning,immediate update of knowledge and strict evaluation system. The goal of this article is to provide experience and ref-erence for improving the education quality of medical Ph.D candidates in China.

Abstract:Based on the construction of healthy China, the analysis of the new round of medical education reform and the new medical concept of full-cycle health services, the article discusses the connotation of the new medicine construction and clarifies the main objectives and tasks of it. The "objective-oriented" promotion strategy of point-surface combination and hierarchical classification, focusing on building a "demand-oriented" model of medical education with cross-disciplinary support and improving the "problem-oriented" continuous improvement guarantee system are some of the construction path of new medicine.

Abstract:Objective To explore the essential characteristics and cultivating regulations of famous doctors.Methods A questionnaire is designed to investigate medical experts and patients on the basis of document retrieval and interviews of specialists.Then statistical analysis of the data is performed in the survey.Results Medical experts and patients have similar viewpoints on the connotation,cultivation targets,and growth process of famous doctors.However,on the cultured time,evaluation criteria,and cultivation methods,their views are different.Conclusions A famous doctor,not only should possess superb medical skills and highest medical ethics,but also should be accepted and recognized by patients and medical personnel.A successful doctor requires favorable conditions and free development space,famous doctors can be cultivated through the following ways: bringing subjective initiative into play,strengthening the internal cohesion of department,complementing assessment system of doctors,easing the strained relationship between doctors and patients,and reforming medical education model.

Abstract:The establishment and practice of specialized degree of clinical medicine is a substantial reform in the history of the degree of medicine and graduate education in China.Based on more than ten years' teaching experience in the field of clinical medicine at Peking University Health Science Center (PUHSC),this paper summarizes the exploration and experience in the mode of educating graduate students towards the degree of clinical medicine in PUHSC in five aspects:matriculation examination,project of education,curriculum development,clinical practice and scientific research and training.The result shows that the mode,combining the standard training of graduate students majoring in clinical medicine and resident physicians with the in-service education of those with the same educational level,in which the dominant clinical practice is supplemented by scientific research and training,can serve as a source of reference for the reform of the graduate education of clinical medicine in China as well as the future training of general practitioners and specialists.

Abstract:Objective To explore a new model of medical humanity education in new situation. Methods Extensive survey was carried out among medical students,and discussion and consultation were hold to faculty and education administers.A new teaching model was established. Results A curriculum system with 1 or 2 core courses supported by some elective courses and social practice is under the process of implementation and achieved preliminary success.Conclusion The medical humanity education should pay attention to the development of connotation instead of pursuing the extension of quantity blindly,which means that students' school work must be eased by focusing on self-study and self-education.Medical students'life path with high-minded personality training should be strengthened.
