Abstract:To solve the disjointed problems between teaching and learning,theory and practice,and schools and enterprises existing in the traditional training model,the paper first outlines the computer-based training model used for computer application according to the concept of CDIO.Then it elaborates the process of the education and the plan personnel competency development based on the training model.Lastly,the paper designs a system for teaching management and monitoring in order to guarantee the training quality.
