Abstract:This study researched the vulcanization system of nitrile rubber(NBR)/Polyamide 6(PA6) thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV).The effects of the curing systems,Compatibilization of carboxylated butadiene-acrylonitrile(XNBR) and Plasticizers on the physical,morphology,rheology and thermal properties were investigated in detail.
