Relationship Between P21,p53 Expression and Single Nucleotide Polymorphism with Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To discuss the relationship between p21,p53 expression and single nucleotide polymorphism with hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Fifty cases with hepatocellular carcinoma and fifty healthy volunteers were selected,Expression of p21,p53 were detected by PCR.Single nucleotide polymorphism of p21 3 ’UTR and p53 in tron 6 were detedted by PCR-RFLP.Results p21,p53 mRNA expression of hepatocellular carcinoma group were high er than control group(P 0.01).Drinking could improve p53 mRNA expression.Single nucleotide polymorphism of p21 3’UTR C/T +T/T type was correlation with morbidity increasing of over 60 years old crowd.Conclusion High p21,p53 expression may is correlation with hepatocellular carcinoma.Drinking can improve p53 mRNA expression.
