Clinical analysis of Hepatocellular carcinoma and the different models of hepatitis B serum markers

Abstract:Objective To investigate different models-of hepatitis B serum markers in hepatocellular carcinoma(Hepatocelluar Carciroma,HCC),provide a basis for HCC survey prevention and clinical diagnosis.Methods Screening of 840 samples of HCC patients were test by Abbott ARCHITECT i2000SR from the American.The samples were divided into 14 groups of different models based on serum markers of hepatitis B.Group A is HBsAg(+),HBeAb(+),HBcAb(+).Group B is HBsAg(+ ),HBeAg (+ ),HBcAb(+ ).Results 1)The HCC detection rate of Group A is 59.29%(498/840);The HCC detection rate of Group B is 20.48%(172/840),there were significant differences(P<0.01)for the other 12 groups were detected in HCC between group A and group B.2)The detection rate of HBV serum markers in HCC patients HBcAb>HBsAg>HBeAb>HBeAg>HBsAb.Conclusion 1)For the patients with the past hepatitis B infection or after infection,as well as the other Clinical Infections,the occurrence of HCC was possible,besides high-risk groups,other patients need also regular medical check-ups;2) HBsAg(+ ) and HBcAb(+ )are associated with the occurrence of HCC,but HBcAb is more sensitive than HBsAg and other serum markers of hepatitis B.
