Abstract:209 maxillary first molars were examined by modified access preparation.The second mesiobuccal canal(MB2) clinical incidence rate was 45.9%.The factors of age and retreatment distinctly affect the detection of MB2.MB2 clinical incidence rate is high in maxillary first molars and it is easily to be found in younger or first-visit patients.
