Abstract:The present situation of waste electrical and electronic equipments is described and their environment hazard is analyzed. It is pointed out that there are problems in present disordered recovery and treatment such as environment contamination and resource waste. After referring to management methods in the developed countries dealing with WEEE, and emphasizing the direction based on Chinese circumstance, the application of 3PL Reverse Logistics model in the treatment of the waste electrical and electronic equipment is analyzed. Undoubtedly, the development of reverse logistics activities has set higher requirements for enterprises, which demands the enterprises to put in a lot of manpower, material resources and financial support. Moreover, the usual shortages of enterprises as for their own capacity, technical resources and the quality of personnel may also make them difficult to meet the requirements. Compared with the enterprises themselves, the third-party reverse logistics enterprises are much more professional. They can implement the reverse logistics business standardization and concentration, reduce the operating risk, and improve the operational efficiency. We make analysis on the 3PL and enterprises self-support recovery patterns by mathematical modeling and solving means. After comparing the two patterns, we deduce the reverse logistics model. Afterward, we summarize the network the reverse logistics, and make out the recovery station location measure reverse logistics by means of setting up the recovery station location model.
