Abstract:Solitary intracranial plasmacytomas (SICPs) are extremely uncommon tumors in the central nervous system, and are often misdiagnosed pre-operatively. We report a patient with SICP, describe the neuroradiological and neurosurgical features and the clinical management of this patient, and review the pertinent literature.
