Abstract:Green Economy is essentially sustainable economic development mode which is realisable under the frame of ecological civilization,with the premises of being "people-oriented" and life oriented,as well as maintaining harmonic human-to-human dialogue and human-nature dialogue.In reality,the generation of green economy could be regarded as the result of capitalist economy crises rather than the "Green New Deal".Starting from analysis on green essences,this paper reveals that the real reason of having green crises is not industrialisation,but capitalistic production mode.This paper insists that the foundation of green economic development is green production mode.It also explains the green production mode as well as the forms and features of its operations,through discussing from several angles,for instance,who are producing,whom it produces for,what to produce,and how to produce,etc.It is pointed out in this paper that green economy exists in both modern market economy and capitalistic production mode,followed by the conclusion that global transformation is happening in the modern production mode with mixed economy nature.
