Abstract:The quality and ability of software engineering professionals are required to be developed in the direction of innovative, integrated large-scale software. University-Enterprise cooperation and cultivating excellent engineers become the university's educational goals. A “2 +1 +1” model of university-enterprise cooperative system and the spiral ability training way of “learning - training - re-learning - re-training” are adopted. Combined with projected teaching, this paper combines the content of theory instructing and practical training, tries project case driven teaching, sets learning goals for students during the teaching process. Abstract:This paper analyzes the updated texts of undergraduate programs in 2008 or 2009 of China's five top-notch universities including Peking University.The results show that these universities have set up a new model for creative talent cultivation,which is general education based,and characterized by wide-pass professional education and individualized multi-channel cultivation.These universities introduce the notion of general education spontaneously,implement the needs of students in curriculum designing and put emphasis on cross-disciplinary approaches.However,from a global perspective,compared with their American counterparts,these models can be improved in such aspects as clarifying educational objectives in more specific terms,strengthening the connection between general and professional education in terms of the coherence and integrity in the sequence of courses,and developing approaches to enhancing students' global awareness.

Abstract:High education based on university- enterprise cooperation is an important approach to enhance the engineering ability and innovation thinking of undergraduates. This paper reported a successful case based on university- enterprise union in ‘excellent engineering program'of Chinese ministry of education. To improve the engineering practice ability and accomplishment of undergraduates,we encourage enterprises to attend every stage of teaching by fully meeting the needs of teaching knowledge points. Abstract:Nowadays, University-Enterprise Cooperative Talent-Cultivating Mode has been given more and more attention, requiring the sharing of resources, complementary advantages, and outstanding talent training characteristics between universities and enterprises to improve the quality of personnel training. Although the cooperative training mode has made great progress in the level and volume of cultivating talent, enterprises should improve the depth of participation, and exert a more positive impact on the whole talent training process. The enterprises must realize their unique value by giving full credits to the advantages of enterprise talent training in order to truly improve the quality and efficiency of personnel training. This paper uses the cooperation between Ambow Education Group and Linyi University to elaborate on value orientation, value realization and achievement expectation in the cooperation program. These traits are mature and effective and provide a great reference value for cooperative talent training between universities and enterprises.

Abstract:The past decade has witnessed an influx of attention to promoting ethical and responsible tech design from within the industry as well as across governmental and academic sectors. In response to these appeals, this paper engages with engineering ethics education and its approaches to developing ethically competent and socially responsible graduates. Through a case study of the University of Waterloo (uWaterloo), Canada, we observed that ethics curriculum in engineering and tech-related disciplines is not the sole influence of the burgeoning technologist’s ethical reasoning skills, but that cooperative (co-op) education and internship culture play a significant role as students are exposed to the ethos of the innovation-driven tech industry that permeates uWaterloo and surrounding Kitchener-Waterloo region. We suggest that the cultural religiosity of co-op education, epitomized through an omnipresent “Cali[fornia]-or-Bust” mindset, results in a distortion of motives toward practicing responsible tech design. This study draws upon survey responses of undergraduate engineering students from a communications course which focused on the ethical dimensions of engineering work. The results indicate that students recognize the importance of ethics but struggle to relate these principles to other courses, projects, and their co-op roles. To this end, we conclude that there is an ethical disconnect between engineering curriculum and the culture of tech-based co-op education, resulting in a de-emphasis of ethical and responsible practice to future graduates. Future work will need to consider alternative approaches to teaching ethics that account for the range of students’ educational and work-related experiences, as well as take an ethnographic perspective on the coop and internship culture that exists at uWaterloo and other schools with similar models of integrated work-study.

Abstract:The accreditation system of co-operative education programs plays a crucial role for the development of co-operative education and the quality assurance of talent training in Canada.Based on stakeholder perspective,this paper,after giving a brief introduction of Canadian certification system for co-operative education programs,successively focuses on discussing how the system works to meet in-terests and needs of higher education institutions,employers and students,as well as to meet demands of the integration mechanism of the tripartite.The paper concludes that meeting the needs of higher ed-ucation institutions,employers and students is the rationality foundation of building the accreditation system which provides the institutional guarantee to establish long-term cooperation dependency rela-tion among higher education institutions,employers and students and successfully to implement co-oper-ative education programs.Regarding employers as a major stakeholder of higher education especially u-niversity-enterprise cooperation in talent training,and integrating the tripartite needs of universities, employers and students,will be the only way to promote university-enterprise cooperation and improve the quality of talent training in China.

At present, China’s innovation, innovation and entrepreneurship education is restricted in the concept, talent training mechanism, teachers and other aspects. In view of the existing problems and from the perspective of the whole process of innovative and entrepreneurial education personnel training, this paper puts forward a smooth and effective training path for innovative and entrepreneurial talents from the aspects of concept renewal, mechanism improvement, curriculum construction, practical training and teacher team construction.

Abstract:The high degree of interest that higher education systems around the world have in employability has driven the profound development of industry-university cooperative education. Canada’s industry-university co-op education system has served as a model for global cooperative education, and its accreditation system guarantees the high quality of cooperative education. Canada’s industry-university co-op education accreditation system is characterized by the authority of the certifying institution, scientific accreditation standards, and operable review criteria. As it continuously improves, it has always embodied the best practices of co-op education. The social environment and administrative mechanisms for Chinese industry-university-institute cooperative education are still immature, and the primary functions of its evaluation system, including monitoring and diagnosis, feedback and regulation, and incentives and guidance, are an important starting point for perfecting the system. In learning from Canada’s accreditation experiences, it is necessary to update the concept of cooperative education, refine evaluation entities, and build a Chinese industry-university-institute cooperative education accreditation system with global vision, to further improve evaluation methods.

Abstract:Cultivating innovative talents in the context of new liberal arts is a critical component of the reform and development of industrial engineering programs. This paper examines the reform of innovative talent cultivation in the industrial engineering program of a local university. By analyzing the teaching philosophy, methods, design, and models of the industrial engineering program at local universities, the current state of innovative talent cultivation is assessed. Based on this analysis, the paper identifies challenges in cultivating innovative talents in industrial engineering teaching. It proposes reform pathways that integrate multidisciplinary intersections, deep collaboration between academia and industry, and extracurricular innovation empowerment. These pathways are of significant practical importance for advancing the reform of innovative talent cultivation in industrial engineering programs under the new liberal arts framework.

Abstract:“Student-centered” is the essential requirement of higher education in the new era, and the inevitable requirement of the reform of higher education talent cultivation mode, as well as the starting point and end-result of the innovation of teaching mode. College of Electronic Information Engineering of Inner Mongolia University takes the opportunity of Undergraduate Engineering Education Accreditation and Undergraduate Professional Certification to explore the “student-centered” talent cultivation mode, building “students as the center, learning + teaching + innovative practice experience” ternary supporting talent cultivation mode. To be specific, “student-centered” innovation talent cultivation as the main line, “virtue and goodness” and “dedication to learning and innovation” as the cultivation objective, cultivating students’ knowledge, ability and quality as the fundamental, three measures are adopted to cultivate high-quality specialized technical talents. The measures mainly include building a diversified cultivation system to promote the transformation of students’ learning mode, deepening the reform of curriculum structure to promote the transformation of teachers’ teaching mode, building a platform for entrepreneurship and innovation education to enhance students’ practical experience. Practice shows that the mode can help students form comprehensive literacy to solve practical problems, forward-looking professional vision and autonomous lifelong learning ability.

Abstract:According to the needs of the times, there is an urgent need for college students to carry out innovative education. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurship talents based on three creative education. First of all, according to the training goal of "three innovation education", the author systematically decomposes and implements the knowledge structure, skill system and accomplishment requirements of talent training, and constructs a three training mode for college students to adapt to the characteristics of local colleges and universities. Secondly, the "three creative education" should be effectively incorporated into the teaching plan and credit system of professional education and cultural quality education, and a multi-level and threedimensional three creative education curriculum system should be established. Abstract:The most prominent problem in the process of economic globalization is the shortage of high-quality international talents. As colleges and universities that train talents, they shoulder the important task of international talent training. However, there are still some deficiencies in the training of international talents in domestic universities, such as inconsistent practical teaching, incomplete teaching practice conditions, instable teaching staff, and unsound management system, etc. This paper starts with the problems existing in the practical teaching of international talent training in China, and then puts forward that the practical teaching of international talent training must be based on China's national conditions. By comparing and analyzing 39 journal articles, the author proposes some solutions to improve the ability of colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality international talents. During the process of cultivating high-quality international talents, colleges and universities must change ideas and build a perfect teaching system; Increase investment and provide excellent teaching conditions; Introduce talents to ensure the stability of the teaching staff; Innovate management and improve practical teaching mechanism. Only by this way, colleges and universities could cultivate more and more excellent high-quality international talents with a sense of social responsibility who have an international vision and Chinese feelings, are familiar with international rules, and can directly participate in international cooperation and competition.

Abstract:The Government Work Report once again called for further promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation. Innovation and entrepreneurship is the engine of China's sustainable economic development, and the cultivation of innovative talents is the key to innovation activities. At present, innovation education is widely carried out in Chinese universities, but there are still some problems. The paper comes up with a new path: 1) Make clear the thinking concept, and creates an ecological environment for the cultivation of talents; 2) Innovate educational mode and build a scientific system; 3) Promote industry, teaching, university and research integration so as to expand practice system; 4) Strengthen the teaching staff, innovate the collaborative education subject; 5) Define clearly rights and responsibilities, establish and improve an evaluation mechanism.
