Abstract:To develop national ethical guidelines for ART research and clinic application,we recommend in line with the global common ethical principle,as well as considering realistic situation in China and opinions of community and experts,take a reevaluation on the existing guideline for several key issues of ART,including gamete donation,surrogacy and bilateral blinded principles between donor and recipient,in order to make necessary revisions.We should create an enabling environment for basic research of ART,but develop a strict regulation for ART clinic trials by rigorous technical,risk and ethical evaluations,licensing and monitoring.
