Abstract:Land transfer and industrial development are two key elements that must be coupled in the urban- rural harmonious areas. The key problem needed to be solved is the land resources under the process of industry development. However,the purpose of land transfer provided the fundamental resource elements for bigger and stronger industry. The objectives of this paper were to identify the advantages and problems of different cooperative paths between industrial development and land transfer in the urban- rural harmonious areas of Chengdu- Chongqing,to design the new cooperative path coupling " indigenous and colonial" agriculture,and to arrange the adaptive strategy to ensure the healthy operation of new path. The methods of standard analysis and comprehensive analysis were used in this paper. The results indicated that three new cooperative paths( including " parallel and unity", " nested block" and " hierarchical centralization") were innovated,referring to the advantages of the existing cooperative path( e. g.,integration resources,industrial development,avoiding contradictions,etc.). Each path had its own advantages and integration nodes,and was throughout in the process of the urban- rural harmonious development as a whole. " Parallel and unity" cooperation presented the bundling and compatible effect of the theory of industrial clusters. Industrial development highlighted special characteristics,associating with the traditional industry. Land was organized through breaking up the whole into parts. This mode better coordinated the relationship between different main bodies( big and small,internal and external,and pioneer and follow- up). " Nested block" cooperation reflected the market adaptation and management efficient of the theory of industrial organization. Industrial development targeted high- end through blocking preferentially. Land was organized through unified transfer and blocking utilization. This mode better realized the coordinated operation of five elements resources. " Hierarchical centralization" embodied the division and cooperation effect of theory of advantage integration. Industrial development combined mixed features and high- end market. Land was organized through concerning hierarchical concentration and multiple. This mode better mobilized the combination of five elements of resources and different advantage main bodies. This paper concluded that under the " parallel and unity" cooperative path,the cost of land organization was lower and large- scale bodies were widely accepted. Under the " nested block" cooperative path,the cost of land organization was larger and high- end multi- function were the dominant direction of industrial development. Under the " hierarchical centralization" cooperative path,the cost of land organization was moderate. Industrial development integrated the above two modes.
