Abstract:The employment of college students has always been a problem that our country attach great importance to. In current competitive employment situation, more and more graduates choose for "Slow employment". Although "Slow employment" intuitively reflects the expectation and pursuits of contemporary college students for higher quality employment, it objectively delays the process of employment. And the phenomenon has certain negative impacts on the progress of economic society, such as the gap between college students & apos; professional ability and their expectations, the imbalance between the number of graduates and the demand for jobs, the insufficient effective supply of employment services provided by colleges, and so on. So we should fully realize the importance and urgency of the employment of graduates, call for colleges to adhere to student-oriented more, promote the professional transformation, increase the efforts to explore the employment market, and highlight the accuracy and scientificalness in order to achieve more full and high-quality employment.
