Abstract:Ideological and political education has played a huge role in the history of Chinese revolution and construction. In order to further implement the fundamental requirements of Lide to cultivate people, effectively change the problem of emphasizing intelligence and neglecting morality, pursuing only scores and admission rate, and not paying enough attention to students’ sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability; and effectively changing the state where three-dimensional goals are separated from each other; To effectively change the learning methods, teaching methods, and examination evaluation methods that are not suitable for the improvement of student literacy, the Ministry of Education has initiated a new round of curriculum reform directed at core literacy. However, since the reform and opening up and the construction of the market economy, the thinking of people in the whole society has undergone tremendous changes, and the content and methods of ideological and political education used in the planned economy period have also appeared to be somewhat unsuitable. The scientific decision-making of ideological and political education is a "short board" in the theoretical research system of ideological and political education, and it is urgent to make up for this "short board" to improve the effect and scientific level of ideological and political education. Aiming at the problems of traditional ideological and political education decision-making that emphasizes qualitative methods, quantitative analysis and lack of quantitative research, the quantitative model decision-making method in operations research is introduced, and the quantitative model of decision-making in the decision-making process of modern ideological and political education is introduced.
