Abstract:The intelligent home industry is facing problems such as underplayed propagandizing,deviated emphasis,and inferior user interface,which are the main barriers prohibiting further development of intelligent home in China.Trying to obviate the impediments,this paper constructs a 3D demonstration system on PC.The system features a vivid simulation of functions of the intelligent home,thus exhibiting the hallmark and advantages of the intelligent home to the average people.It also constructs a user interface which can be deployed in the touch screen control subsystem of real intelligent home.

Abstract:Since entering the 21st century, the rapid development of big data, cloud computing and the internet of things have promoted the development of intelligence. In the last few years, with the swift development of artificial intelligence in China, there are more and more researches on it, such as smart home, intelligent school, intelligent car, robot and so on. At this moment, the smart home is entering the people's life with lightning speed and making people's life more convenient. In the future, the smart home will inevitably become an indispensable part of people's life. This article makes a brief description of the overview of the Internet of things and smart home and the reason for the emergence of smart home. Not only did this passage outline the current status of China's smart home, but also it briefly described the trend and direction of China's smart home in the future.

Abstract:Abstract Background China’s smart home for elderly care emerged in 2008, and had went through four developmental stages which consists of seed stage, start-up stage, development stage and popularization stage. Main text The status quo and development of smart home for elderly care in China is reviewed, and suggestions are provided on how to further develop China’s smart home for elderly care. The focus of China’s policies on smart home for elderly care were different during those four developmental stages. Compared with Western countries, China’s smart home for elderly care is a policy-driven product rather than technology-driven or demand-driven one. In addition, it is quasi-public goods rather than private goods. These unique characteristics of China’s smart home for elderly care not only become the driving force of its rapid development, but also bring many challenges to its development, such as the insufficient demand, the disorderly development, and the waste of public and private resources. Conclusions Although great progress has been made in China’s smart home care, much efforts are still needed to further advance its development. The technical standards for the elderly care services should be formulated as soon as possible and the existing public and private smart home for elderly care platforms should be combined. Enterprises involved in smart home care services should be encouraged to develop new technologies to reduce the cost of products and services provided by smart home for elderly care.

Abstract:In this work, the current status, technical capabilities, and development trends of the Chinese intelligent furniture industry were in focus. Based on combining a literature review with field investigations and analysis of major scientific research projects in Zhejiang Province, China, an in-depth overview and discussion about previous experience, features, technologies, products and control methods in the intelligent furniture industry in China were conducted. The key technologies in current Chinese intelligent furniture industry include embedded systems, sensors, short-range wireless communication, artificial intelligence and intelligent interaction techniques. This work also mentions the challenges and opportunities for the industry, pointing out how to innovate and dominate the furniture market in the era of transformation from the traditional furniture industry to intelligent upgrading. The results are proposed to help readers from all over the world to understand the development trend and progress of the Chinese intelligent furniture industry.

Abstract:With the continuous development of the social economy, people from all walks of life attach great importance to the smart home design of artificial intelligence technology. In the context of the information age, people's requirements for the quality of life are also gradually upgrading, and the requirements for home furnishing have also been upgraded from the traditional requirements of only living places to the expectation that a more intelligent, convenient, smart home has gradually been brought into life by people. The smart home system can integrate all control terminals into one system and implement on-site or remote control of home equipment using the computer terminal and mobile phone terminal, to realize the function of managing home equipment more conveniently and flexibly. Artificial intelligence technology as one of the important links adopts a structured design scheme to control and complete the design of the smart home system. Compared with most smart home systems on the market, this system also focuses on the safety precautions of the residential environment. It adopts infrared detectors for doors and windows and gravity sensing devices for indoor floors. The space-time barriers between home systems optimize and enhance the user's living experience. The article first analyzes the architecture, mainstream technology, and characteristics of computer technology and then discusses the design and implementation of my country's smart home system, providing strong support for subsequent research.

Abstract:This study explores the design of intelligent water dispensers for young rental housing groups to meet their needs for convenience, instant water supply, and energy efficiency. With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase in youth mobility, traditional drinking water solutions can no longer fully meet the needs of this group. Through literature research, questionnaire surveys, and user and expert interviews, this article comprehensively analyzes the market demand, user preferences, and user experience of smart water dispensers. Research has found that young users prefer smart water dispensers that are hot, energy-efficient, and easy to operate, while also having high expectations for product appearance design and technological innovation. Based on the research results, this article proposes a user centered design strategy, aiming to improve user experience and enhance product market competitiveness by optimizing the design elements of intelligent water dispensers at the instinctive, behavioral, and reflective levels. This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the product innovation and market strategy of intelligent water dispensers.

Abstract:Now, more and more products are developing towards intelligence or using some intelligent control modules and programming language to carry out simple self-control, which provide us with a more convenient and intelligent life, also indicates that people begin to pursue a more comfortable life. Electric light can be said to be the first household electric appliance invented by human beings. With the development of modern lighting technology and integrated circuit, various lighting lamps and lanterns have appeared, which have been partially intelligent and put into the market. Intelligent lighting is an important part of smart home. With the increasing popularity of iPad, Android mobile phone and tablet, intelligent lighting is getting closer and closer to the home of ordinary consumers. Products from intelligent light bulb to intelligent lamp holder and intelligent control box have been listed, including Philips. The appearance of the hue bulb, for the first time opened the magic veil of ordinary home intelligent lighting scene change. It also opened a new chapter of low energy consumption, environmental protection, dimming, color matching intelligent home lighting. Therefore, the author wants to design a new kind of intelligent home lighting, which is different from the existing intelligent lighting in the market, and it is more humanized. Or it can be called a kind of healthy lighting [1]. It is possible that it can be one of the direction for the development of intelligence in the future.

Abstract:With the development of science and technology, the Internet of Things technology is becoming more and more mature, and it is widely used in various scenarios. The Internet of Things technology is combined with traditional home equipment to realize the intelligence of home equipment. This paper proposes a smart home system design with STM32 microcontroller as the main controller, using WiFi technology as the network access method of home equipment and combining with China Mobile’s cloud platform. The design results show that the smart home system can complete the data transmission and communication control of the smart home system, record indoor environmental data and home equipment status, and realize remote control of home equipment through the APP and web platform.

Abstract:There are two difficulties in designing a future home for urban dwellers. First is the uneven understanding between the physical built environment and everyday activities led by technological development. Second is the vague understanding between family living culture and the spatial arrangement of a dwelling. The invention of new digital technologies, such as big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and internet of things (IoT), has entirely transformed the lifestyle of urban dwellers. The gap between technology promotion in urban living environments and knowledge of living environment structures has raised the question of how smart homes could be designed in future cities. Therefore, in this paper, I examine the transformation of dwelling interior morphology for Beijing families. Five typical families are selected from 30 family samples according to the time of residence, original housing typology, family structure and occupations. The distinctiveness of family culture and spatio-temporal distribution of domestic activities could be found in the 1980s between five families, which tend to be influenced by the macro changes socially, economically, politically and technologically. The nature of IoT smart home environments and the communication between devices builds a context-awareness system based on technology. I argue that the smartness of homes could be achieved without a cultural perspective, which raises the question of design strategy for future IoT smart homes.

Abstract:This paper is based on the three-tier technical architecture of internet of things and the concept of "Cloud",and substitute the traditional concept that each home user uses one intelligent control terminal with a new autonomous intelligent home system model.This paper introduces the model of the smart home system architecture,implementation techniques and methods,and analyses the implementation of the system server based on the.NET framework and database SQL Server 2008.It is proved that the smart home prototype system can satisfy users' preferences and can work automatically,safely and steadily.It can serve many users at the same moment.Besides,the system is easy to be maintained,upgraded.It is also a low-cost and resources saving method.
