Abstract:The United States has the world's most comprehensive higher education system,its management team with the student affairs students at colleges and universities overall job occupies an extremely important position;student services managers with high-level academic qualifications and strong professional quality;of student-oriented and provide students with full-orientation and guidance services;student affairs,the establishment of professional associations and professional journals publishing features.These features revelation specialized building our country's counselor:improve counselor's work and the status of acceptance;set up the management professional of student affairs management,cultivate professional personnel;counselor for student affairs should be strengthened professional studies;to encourage the formation of a nationwide student management within organizations and associations.
