Analysis of Genetic Differentiation Based on ISSR and Morphological Markers in Paris Thibetica

Abstract:The morphological differentiation analysis on Paris thibetica var.thibetica and Paris thibetica var.apetala was accomplished to indicate that the morphological differentiation between those two varieties were not significant,while the differentiations of the floral organs were significant.Generally,Paris thibetica var.thibetica and Paris thibetica var.apetala could not be classified by principal component analysis.In ISSR analysis,8 proper primers were selected from 100 ISSR primers.And 36 bands were amplified by ISSR-PCR,of which length range was 300bp to 1500bp.Paris thibetica var.thibetica had 5 characteristic bands,while Paris thibetica var.apetala had 8.
