Abstract:" It is imperative that people deserve the high quality of medical services,and it will finally help to build harmonious doctor - patient relationship. " As the sentence stated,it will be the important goal of medical reform in 2014 when the new round of reform had been continued for entire five years. However,due to lack of talent people and supportive skills,the medical and health services had been stretched to the limit,which had negative influence on achieving that goal. Elder rural doc-tor,unstable condition of doctor worked in township hospital and imperfection mechanisms in terms of training system and motiva-tion,all of these elements makes relatively adverse impact on building doctor - patient relationship. For changing these situations, in return,it is not only to collect appropriate people,but also to construct some sort of effective mechanisms for training system and motivation that is beneficial to implementation of high level of medical skills. Finally,all above actions serve one purpose -reshaping the trust between doctor and patient.
