Abstract:MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are endogenous non-coding RNAs,which regulate gene expression by post-transcriptional gene silencing.miRNAs have been implicated to play important roles in some biological processes,for example,the occurrence and development of lung cancer.This article mainly reviews the new discoreries in the relationship between miRNAs and lung cancer.
