Abstract:In knowledge-based economic era,scholars propose some new theories on intellectual capital,psychological capital,etc.This paper reviews the theoretical development of intellectual capital and psychological capital,proposes a number of suggestions on implication of intellectual capital and psychological capital in our country's current innovated country building practice.
