Theory and Practice of Production-Learning-Research Link Impulse Mechanism in the West and Its Enlightenment on China

Abstract:Today,it is urgent to turn China’s industry from processing manufacturing to independent research and development,and it has become increasingly important to strengthen the production-learning-research link so as to enhance the independent innovation capability of the enterprises.But,even such developed countries as the United States and European countries are faced with so called European paradox dilemma.This paper studies and analyzes the nature and characteristics of the production-learning-research link and the theory and practice of the development,drivers and barriers,and promoting mechanism of the production-learning-research link in Western countries.The results can provide important implications for the theory and practice of China’s production-learning-research link.
