Abstract:With the development of economy and progress of society,animal products in people's daily life are more and more important.At present,the monitoring of China's animal product quality and safety is still out of the place.This paper summarizes the status quo of China's monitoring animal products safety,and introduces foreign countries' status quo of monitoring animal products safety.Through comparison,the shortcomings of China's monitoring animal products can be found out so that the quality and safety of animal products in China will be further stengthened.
