Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effects and absorpting time of Encysted Tuberculous Pleurisy patients adopting Electrophoresis treatment.Methods 78 Encysted Tuberculous Pleurisy patients were randomly divided into a treament group(n=40) and a control group(n=38).All patient were treated with the general medicine,in addition to Electrophoresis program for the patients in the treament group.After three weeks,the clinical effect rates and the time of absorpting were observed in two groups.Results After three weeks,The total effective rates of treament group and control group were 92.5%% and 76.3%,the pleural effusion absorption tim were(18.0±6.1)d and(22.0±5.7) d,the effect of treament group was better than that of control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion treatment group has higher successful rates and less absorpting time of Encysted Tuberculous Pleurisy patients adopting Electrophoresis treatment.
