A Study of University Management Strategy for Young Teachers' Learning

Abstract:Young teachers' learning is the key to the continuous development of a university.However,while they independently perform teaching and research duties,young teachers are often faced with difficulties in their continued learning as restricted by factors such as the management mode,resource allocation,learning culture,and training system.In order to change this situation,colleges and universities should strengthen their management and planning,reform their evaluation systems,create a good learning environment,promote cooperating,and improve their training systems so as to enable young teachers to continuously enhance their learning.
