Abstract:This paper introduces the process optimization process of nanometer AlOOH particles prepared by Hydrothermal Synthesis using hydrochloric acid,sodium aluminum as raw materials by adding the appropriate inducer.All kinds of samples with Disc-like,sheet-like and needle-like shape are prepared by a variety of experimental methods such as single-jet,double-jet,double-jet plus substrate,magnetic stirring as well as add anion and cation,and through the adjustment of the PH and temperature.By scanning electron microscopy analysis of the testing to find out the extent of its spread,the particle size,as well as the situation of Uniform,to explore and sum up the general rules of crystal growth.On the basis of integrated a variety of characteristics of the topography,to study a better optimization process of nano AlOOH particles by further preparation.
