Abstract:To meet the development of the auto-industry,to facilitate different types of Hydraulic torque converter manufacturing and to test production quality,according to the principle of universal applicability,developing auto-control system of a torque converter static and cycle hydraulic tester based on Delphi.Such as multithreading and database.Simulation of the actual conditions of oil-pressure of the Hydraulic torque converter,testing the deformation of Static pressure-expansion and its Cycle-Endurance for the type of YJH300B-1,and we quite satisfied with the results.

Abstract:An automatic testing and control system for electo-hydraulic proportional displacement pump with computer aided test is designed and developed, including sensor technology, programmable logic controller, industry PC and virtual instrument. The precision of all parameters is assured by speed, pressure and flow closed loop. By using virtual instrument technology, the testing of the over-all properties including static and dynamic characteristics of the electo-hydraulic proportional displacement pump is realized, mainly comprising fundamental performance test, pressure and flow control hysteresis test as well as pressure and flow response test. It turns out to be a higher accurate and efficient test system in practice. During the test, an abnormal output can be detected immediately, at the same time self protection is carried out.

Abstract:The material test machine masurements have disadvantages of mono-function and complexity for adding new testing programs.In order to solve these problems,the Delphi language based software development technology and microcontroller based automatic control technology were applied in the machine universal testing machine control system.The experimental standard for tension and compression of common materials were analyzed,and the requirement of the experimental procedure for universal testing machine was investigated.Based on these,the modular software and hardware design method was proposed to establish the upper computer software and lower computer hardware and software platform.Based on the platform,the multi-objective holding test examination,the compression tests of cement mortar and metal tensile test were experimented.The results show that the proposed modular design technology for the control system of the universal testing machine could solve the problem mentioned above and achieve a simple and flexible control system.

Abstract:This paper introduces virtual instruments technology and develops a hydraulic test bench based on it. This test bench realizes the function of data acquisition, real-time display, output configuration, pressure adjustment, test data saving and report generation. Architecture of the test bench is introduced and its LabVIEW-based software design method is illustrated in detail. Compared to traditional systems, this test bench has many advantages like fast designing, easily expanding and automatic data judgment.

Abstract:In order to assess the performance of hydraulic pumps accurately,provide guidance for optimizing the structure,improve the technological level and upgrade products,the paper designed the hydraulic pump performance test system based on the CAT(Computer Aided Testing) technology.First,by designing the hydraulic principle and selecting components of the driving system,overload system and step-load system,then completed the integral hydraulic principle design of the hydraulic system.By using LabVIEW software and industrial computer,PLC,data acquisition cards as well as various types of sensors to design the software and hardware of the CAT system.The efficiency curves of the testing pump proved that the pump performance test system is reasonable.The application on the hydraulic pump performance test system of CAT technology has improved the automation and intelligent level of the test process as well as the test efficiency and accuracy.

Abstract:The paper analyzes the capability of a variable hydraulic motor widely used in hoisting bodies of large tonnage automobile crane.The problems of large pressure fluctuation in variable process,rigorous requirement of product technology and high pressure adaptability have been discovered by the capability analysis.The paper models the variable motor based on AMESim and verifies it according to the actual test.As a result of the optimization of the control valve critical dimensions based on this model,the work pressure of the pilot control cut-off valve rises,the pressure fluctuation of variable process falls, product technology requirement lowers and the passing rate of the product increases.

Abstract:Hydraulic oil bulk modulus and fatigue property parameters are very important physical parameters in the hydraulic system,directly affects the stability and dynamic quality of the system.Based on the definition of the elastic modulus,the testing device for damping oil bulk modulus and fatigue characteristic has been designed,while using the oil gas suspension device of special purpose vehicle asthe testing object,where the fatigue characteristic parameters of hydraulic damping oil have been tested,such as temperature,viscosity.And the design of control system and data acquisition system are completed,timely communication with the host computer,the automatization of the test process is realized.

Abstract:Hydraulic cylinder is the most important actuator in a hydraulic system,and type testing for hydraulic cylinders has great meaning for maintaining its quality.The super-long-stroke cylinder testing system designed in this paper can reach up to a stroke of 21 meters,a flow of 600L/min and a pressure of 40MPa.The system has 2 working positions.Position 1 is for full-stroke testing over 3 meters.Position 2 is for half-stroke testing below 3 meters.

Abstract:Traditional testing methods for comprehensive performance of the sample on industrial CT are characterized as intensive labor and low efficiency. A new type of dynamic loading testing system based on virtual instrument technique developed for industrial CT test is reported. The system is able to control the test procedure automatically and the efficiency is improved. The main advantages of this new servo-controlled test system are the high stiffness and small size in frame. During ICT testing, the samples can be flexibly loaded in axial direction. So the whole process of ICT images from the crack propagation to coalescence is obtained. The apparatus laid the foundation for dynamic ICT tests. This electronic document is a “live” template. Abstract:For the extreme environmental conditions caused by high and low temperature,alternating temperature,high-speed,heavy load in the field of aerospace,and the typical characteristics of bearings and gears,the high-speed sliding-rolling contact friction testing machine was developed.The structure and capability were introduced.The surface failure experiment was carried out by using the tester.The experimentation shows this tester can simulate the extreme conditions.With sensitive response to experimental parameters,it gives real-time monitoring and stores experimental datas of material limiting.

Abstract:As the major heavy equipment in coal mine machine industry,when heading machines are delivered to users after they are produced,a lot of tests will have been carried through to confirm whether all kind of functions could meet the demand of users. Therefore on the base of designing special mutative angle platform,a data acquisition system has been implemented to complete the factory tests. Through designing the whole system and software and hardware,data could be transmitted to center control room,the principle of DCS is applied to this test system,finally the system has been used in SANY Heavy Equipment Co,Ltd. and the effect is fine.

Abstract:The forging manipulator is a key equipment for manufacturing important equipment in nuclear power,thermal power and rail transition. According to the requirements of high speed,high precision and reliability for the forging manipulator,the function of hydraulic system is analyzed and the circuit of hydraulic system is designed on the basis of function analysis. The hydraulic control system circuit of the forging manipulator consists of clamp system,raising and pitching system,horizontal migration system,buffer system,gantry travelling system and clamp rotation system. The hydraulic pumping station adopts the average flow method to realize the energy saving. Simulation and analysis research on the key control performance(celerity,accuracy and startup performance) and reliability of the hydraulic system is carried out on the basis of mathematical model. The results show that both control performance and reliability of the hydraulic system are improved through rational design of the hydraulic system circuit. The research can provide theoretical direction for the design of large flow hydraulic system and achieve rapid,accurate,stable and intelligent control of the forging manipulator.

Abstract:The Computer Control System of Automobile testing line applies multi-screen card technology, high precision sensor, high capacity industry-control machine, standard industry board clip etc. By this system, we can test and measure the parameters of automobile characteristic trig force, sideslip displacement, turing angle and rotate speed. The use of multi-screen technology not only makes data collecting and dealing much faster, improves the measure precision and reliability, but also decreases the costs, and realizes the ompletely computer administration.

Abstract:This paper chooses the equipments of the National Instruments Corporation and its graphical programming language-LabVIEW to develop the hydraulic machinery experimental bench measurement system.The system can be used to test the hydraulic characteristics of the model of the hydraulic turbine of Francis,axial flow,tubular,and reversible pump-turbine.When finished the system will automatically process the data,print the reports,draw the characteristic curves and the envelops as well.The measurement system has the advantages of high accuracy,reliable stability,high automation and easy manipulation,which could be generalized to other model benches.

Abstract:A novel automatic test method for motor's mechanical characteristics was proposed,according to the manual loading method of traditional testing is difficult to cooperate,testing time is long,precision is bad and motors,instruments and equipment are damaged in sometimes.Concrete structural circuit diagram of the automatic test system was presented,selection of specific parameter and work flow of the automatic test method were described in detail,based on analysis of system working principle.And testing results were presented via example.Brief structure and precise data are two features of the system.Secure and reliable automatic regulating and testing are implemented via computers and network.Moreover,distant communication and sharing of data are achieved.

Abstract:To control the quality of hydraulic cylinder,the hydraulic cylinder test-bed was developed,which has high precision and total function.The principium of the test-bed was introduced,and the dynamic simulation of the measured hydraulic cylinder system was made by using application software MATLAB.The design of the hardware and the development of the software were introduced.Through the experiment,it is proved that the platform is reliable with good characteristic and can be used in the test for all kinds of hydraulic cylinders.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem about the location of gearbox noise source and measure the value,noise mechanism of automobile gearbox was investigated.The relation between noise intensity and gear meshing frequency was analyzed.The computer aided noise testing system of automobile gearbox was designed based on FFT,and the error of the testing system was investigated.Experiments show that it could meet the demand of real-time testing and data processing used in industrial production.

Abstract:Abstract The sealing characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder in the hydraulic support will have an momentous implication on the safety and reliability of the whole system. The traditional test methods of the sealing characteristics of hydraulic support pure water hydraulic cylinder have many shortcomings, such as single means, complex process, poor accuracy and low efficiency. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the sealing principle and function of hydraulic support pure water hydraulic cylinder, then studies the CAT system of hydraulic support, and finally gives the design and utilization process of CAT system for sealing characteristics of hydraulic support pure water hydraulic cylinder.
