Abstract:Through making the students of Physical Education Institute to have intermittent hypoxia stimulus for a week, this article observes the change of increasing heart rate load movement, ventilation volume, oxygen uptake and blood lactic acid in quantitative load before and after hyper-osmotic stimulation, and discusses the effect of the intermittent hypoxia stimulus to maxim-um oxygen uptake of human body and ventilatory threshold. This ex-periment divides in two stages, each stage does two sports load.12 male students of physical Dept. run by Bruce doning load exercise to exhaustion under normal oxygen in lab.Do 75%maxim-um oxygen uptake load sports inter-val of 3 days, the time is 9min, and do 12%~10%O2 normal pressures intermittent hypoxia stimulus one hour a day in a seven-day at once after quantitative load. The second day do above two schemes again after hypoxia stimulus, measure the indexes of HR, the time from load exercise to exhaustion(t), maxim-um oxygen uptake(VO 2Mmax%), Bla and Bla in quantitative load before and after increasing limit load to exhaustion. The result shows that:( 1)after hypoxia stimulus, increasing load to exhaustion, HRmax increases(p<0.01),VEmax rises(p<0.05), respiration quo-tient(R) increases(p<0.05), t extends obviously(p<0.05), Bla increases obviously and quantitative load exercise Bla decreases obviously(p<0.05). (2) after intermittent hypoxia stimulus ventilatory threshold, HR,VE, VO2Mmax%, HR Mmax%change obviously(p<0.05),and the change of VE, VO2Mmax%before and after hypoxia stimulus is ob-vious(p<0.01).It concluded that through the intermittent hypoxia stimulus, the time of students do exercise extends obviously when do limit exercise of increasing load, heart rate increases after exercise, the percent of ventilatory threshold relevant heart rate, the percent of maximum oxygen uptake, pulmonary ventilation increase obviously which indicates the ability of human body aerobic endurance and extreme sports load both enhance.
