Consumption Demand,Consumption Power, Consumption Economy and Economic Growth

Abstract:The engine of economic growth in China should shift from oversea markets to home markets. More importantly,economic development might depend more on private consumption than investment. There are two requirements to achieve the goal. One is enlarging the demanded of consumption. Another is developing the consumption economy. The focus of enlarging consumption demands is,on the one hand,raising consumption power so as to promote instantaneous consumption. On the other hand,developing consumption economy evolves the supply side of market,which has in turn impacts on economic growth. Therefore,the sustained development of economy requires more firms' innovations to introduce demand behaviors,even create new markets,which might be diversifying and adjusting modes of consumption and industries,albeit enlarging consumption of household immediately.
