Abstract:In this paper, the forced odd order neutral differential equations of the form are considered 1 d^n /dt^n [x(t) - R(t)x(t - τ )] + P(t)x(t - σ ) = f(t),t ⩾ t_0 . A sufficient condition for the oscillation of all solutions is obtained.

Abstract:In this paper the forced neutral differential equation with positive and negative coefficients d/dt[ x(t) - R(t)x(t - r)] + P(t)x(t - τ ) - Q(t)x(t - σ ) = f(t),t_0 , is considered, where f ε L 1 ( t 0 , ∞) ∩ C ([ t 0 , ∞), R ), P , Q , R ε C ([ t 0 , ∞), R + ) and r ,τ,σ∈(0, ∞). The sufficient conditions to oscillate for all solutions of this equation are studied.

Qualitative Theory of Dynamical Systems

Abstract:The symmetrical properties of dynamic and/or differential equations are kind of oscillation properties that allow us to conclude the character of solutions for dynamic equations. In this paper, we obtain some symmetrical properties of solutions to an even-order nonlinear dynamic equations with superlinear and sublinear neutral terms on time scales. Our approach is based on linearizing the considered equation in the sense that we would deduce the properties of the considered equation from that of the linear form and provide new oscillation results via comparing with first order as well as order non-neutral delay dynamic inequalities. The new obtained results outfit a general podium that enables to analyse the oscillatory behaviour for many types of even-order nonlinear dynamic equations. An example is provided to demonstrate the validity of the theoretical outcomes.

Abstract:The neutral delay differential equations have many applications in the natural sciences, technology, and population dynamics. In this paper, we establish several new oscillation criteria for a kind of even-order quasi-linear neutral delay differential equations. Comparing our results with those in the literature, our criteria solve more general delay differential equations with neutral type, and our results expand the range of neutral term coefficient. Some examples are given to illustrate our conclusions.
