The Effect of Related Factors on the Outcome of Frozen Embryo Transfer Cycles

Abstract:Objective To analyze factors that influence pregnancy outcome in a frozen thawed embryo.Methods 103 cycles of thawed embryo transfer performed were retrospectively analyzed.Results To compare analysis of three different cycle prepared endometrial pregnancy rates,abortion rate,single pregnancy rate,twin pregnancy rate,biochemical pregnancy rates,and statistical analysis knowable(P0.05);A natural cycle plus promote ovulation weeks compared with hormone replacement cycles in pregnancy rates,abortion rate,single pregnancy rate,twin pregnancy rate,biochemical pregnancy rate were statistically different(P0.05);Transplantation day intrauterine 8mm film had 16 cycle,pregnancy rates was 43.75%(7/16);8-10mm have 68 cycles,pregnancy rates for 30.89%(21/68);10mm there were 19 cycle,pregnancy rates was 68.42%(13/19),and there was statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion The age of patients,endometrial thickness of frozen embryos pregnancy outcomes and the day of frozen embryos serum E2/P value have obvious influence,but there is no influence before transplantation endometrial preparation methods on cold for frozen embryos in pregnancy outcomes.
