Explore the Non-mole Gestational Trophoblastic Tumor by Reviewing 62 Clinical Cases

Abstract:[Objective]To explore the clinical features,diagnostic methods of non-mole gestational trophoblastic tumor by re+ viewing 62 clinical cases whose previous pregnancies are non-mole,in order to improve the level of early diagnosis of the disease.[Methods]Clinical records of 62 patients,with gestational trophoblastic tumor whose previous pregnancies are non-mole,were reviewed.These patients were selected from the total 247 GTT patients,diagnosed by Women's Hospital,Medical School of Zhejiang University from March 2005 to March 2009.Literature review was integrated into the discussion in this study.[Results]Majority of patients(49/62) were in the age of 20~40 years.The most common clinical symptom was vaginal bleeding,a total of 51 cases.Diagnosis:34 patients were diagnosed by the pathological test;28 patients were diagnosed by history of blood beta-HCG,chest X-ray,CT and ultrasound scanning.Clinical stages:I:18 cases,Ⅱ:8 cases,Ⅲ: 30 cases,Ⅳ:6 cases.[Conclusion]Bloodβ-HCG and clinical imaging tests can improve early diagnosis rate for patients without pathological evidence,as well as are helpful for clinical stage.
