Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of different therapies of coronary heart disease on the tongue body and the tongue microcirculation.Methods 60 patients with CHD were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in treatment group one were treated by routine western medicine.Treatment group two received percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty combined with routine western medicine.After treatment of three months dark purple tongue,the tongue body perfusion and blood flow velocity were observed in two groups and compared with that in 30 healthy cases in same period.Results Dark purple tongue rate in treatment group one and two was higher than that in normal control group before treatment(P<0.05).Dark purple tongue rate after treatment was obviously lower than that before treatment in treatment group two(P<0.05),and its dark purple tongue rate was lower than that after treatment in treatment group one(P<0.05).The tongue body perfusion and blood flow velocity before and after treatment in treatment group one and before treatment in treatment group two were lower than those in normal control group(P<0.05).The tongue body perfusion and blood flow velocity after treatment were obviously increased compared with those before treatment in treatment group two(P<0.05),and The tongue body perfusion and blood flow velocity were increased in comparison with those after treatment in treatment group one(P<0.05).Conclusion There was the causal relationship between therapeutic effect,the tongue body perfusion and blood flow velocity changes,tongue microcirculatory changes can cause tongue body changes.
