The Relationship Aomong Ambiguity Tolerance, Risk Propensity,Risk Perception and the Employment Willingness on the Network

Abstract:The present study surveyed the employment willingness on the network in a sample of three hundred and ten college students by the questionnaires.The findings showed that(1) ambiguity tolerance on novelty directly and positively predicted the employment willingness on the network;(2) ambiguity tolerance on complexity and problems solving negatively and directly predicted the employment willingness on the network;(3) ambiguity tolerance on novelty negatively predicted the risk perception of employment on network,and however,ambiguity tolerance on complexity positively predicted the risk perception of employment on network.(4) We can not find the moderating effect of risk propensity of the employment on the network on the relationship between ambiguity tolerance and the employment willingness on the network.(5) We also can not find the moderating effect of risk perception on the relationship between risk propensity and the employment willingness on the network.The future study needs to focus on the more variables influencing the employment willingness on the network.
