The study on the relationship between the Glossoscopy Objectivised Image and differentiation type of patients with primary glomerulopathy

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between the Glossoscopy Objectivised Image and differentiation type of patients with primary glomerulopathy.Methods:All patients were differentiated as Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,the deficiency of Qi and Yin,the character of lingua was observed,the tongue image(including color clustering of tongue images) of 119 patients with primary glomerulopathy were taken by Snakes Algorithm of Tongue Image Handling System in the same time,chi-square test was adopted to analyse the correlation between the Glossoscopy Objectivised Image and differentiation type of patients.Result:light red tongue were mostly observed in patients with Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,leaning red tongue were mostly observed in patients with Yin deficiency and the deficiency of Qi and Yin,there was significant differences between the two kinds lingua observed by the distribution of objectivised tongue colours(P<0.01).There was no significant differences among the distribution of the fur of lingua(P>0.05).Corpulent and delicate lingua were mostly observed in patients with Qi deficiency(P<0.01).In the meanwhile,the Glossoscopy Objectivised Image analysis showed that Yang deficiency presented as light red tongue,the deficiency of Qi and Yin presented as leaning red tongue,Yin deficiency presented as black fur of tongue and Qi deficiency presented as corpulent.Conclusion:There was relationship between the Glossoscopy Objectivised Image and differentiation type patients with primary glomerulopathy,which will provide objective and quantitived index for the differentiation in treating primary glomerulopathy.
