Abstract:The constitution and operating principle of AC PMIG inverter welding power source based on Intel 80C196KC single chip microcomputer are introduced.The hardware design and software program of the welding power source are discussed in detail.Tests have shown that the AC PMIG welding power source can run reliably and stably and satisfy the requirement of welding process.
