Abstract:RNA is the expression products of gene, so it is very important for gene researching. With the development of biotechnology, more and more RNA molecular expression technologies have been established. On the basis of technology foundation, we divided the RNA technologies into four kinds: Differential Screening(DS), Subtractive Hybridization(SH), RNase Protection Assay(RPA), GeneChip and Microarray based on the molecular hybridization; Differential Display Reverse Transcription-PCR(DDRT-PCR), cDNA Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism(cDNA-AFLP) based on PCR technology; cDNA-Representational Difference Analysis(cDNA-RDA), Suppression Subtractive Hybridization(SSH), Reciprocal Subtraction Differential RNA Display(RSDD), Full Length Gene Obtainable Subtractive Hybridization(FLGOSH), Rapid Subtraction Hybridization(RaSH), Integrated Procedure for Gene Identification(IPGI)based on suppression hybridization and PCR technology; Expressed Sequence Tags(EST), Serial Analysis of Gene Expression(SAGE), Tandem Arrayed Ligation Expressed Sequence Tags(TALEST), Gene Calling.
