Abstract:According to the characters of engineering projects,the necessity and importance of risk management are put forward.From the concept of risk cost,the intrinsic relationship between risk cost and risk management is discussed.Then the necessity of risk supervision is introduced,and the way of how to deal with risk management is approached.
