Abstract:According to the scientific concept of development,from six criterion layers which include economic development environment,social development environment,eco-environment,human capital environment,culture environment and population quality,this paper constructs the spatial evaluating model of all-round development of human,reveals the spatial pillar and relationship of all-round development of human,gives the weight to each indicator with entropy method and evaluates the status of all-round development of human during the 10th Five-Year Plan.
