Abstract:Acute toxicity (15min-EC(50)) of 22 phenylthio-carboxylates to Photobacterium phosphoreum is reported, A quantitative structure-activity, relationship equation was established using molecular connectivity indices, and it was used to predict the toxicity of other phenylthiocarboxylates to Photobacterium phosphoreum successfully.
