Abstract:28 Mongolia mares and 25 Thoroughbred mares were subjected to SNP analysis by PCR-SSCP and sequencing,one SNPs was found in 5′flanking region of eCG/LHβ gene,the mutation G-415A was found in Mongolia mares but not in Thoroughbred mares,the frequent of three genotypes:AA,BB,AB are 0.89,0.07,0.04,respectively.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in promoter region and 5'-untranslat- ed region and haplotypes of mannose-binding lectin (MBL) gene in Mongols and Huis in China.Methods SNPs in promot- er region and 5'-untrauslated region of mannose-binding Iectin (MBL) gene were determined with sequence analysis method by using BigDye Mix 3730 genetic analyzer.Genetic analysis was performed with SHEsis software.Results In all 79 Mongols, the percentages of H/H type,H/L type and L/L type at site-550 were 38.0%,45.6% and 16.5% respectively,and the vari- ant frequency was 0.392,while the percentages in 69 Huis were 36.2%,44.9% and 18.8% respectively,with a variant fre- quency of 0.413.The percentages of Y/Y type and Y/X type at position-221 in Mongols were 81.0% and 19.0% respectively with a variant frequency of 0.095,while in Huis the percentages were 75.4% and 24.6% respectively,and the variant frequency was 0.123.No difference of the variant frequencies at site-550 or-221 between the two groups was found in this study (χ~2_(-550)=0.131,P=0.718;χ~2_(-221)=0.610,P=0.435).No pelymorphism was found at position + 4 in the 5'-un- translated region.Three haplotypes (HYP,LYP and LXP) were identified in the study,with frequencies of 0.608,0.297 and 0.095 respectively in Mongols,and of 0.587,0.290 and 0.123 respectively in Huis.Conclusion①Three haplotypes (HYP,LYP and LXP) were identified in Mongols and Huis in the study.②The frequency of point mutation in the promoter re- gion at site-550 was higher than that at-221 in both Mongols and Huis,and no difference was found between the two groups.No SNP was found at site +4 in 5'-untranslated region.
Genetic Diversity of Microsatellite DNA Marker of Z:ZCLA Mongolian Gerbil

Abstract:With increasing importance for the understanding aging, epilepsy, the process of domestication and sociobiological questions, the Mongolian gerbil has become a model animal and was used in pharmacological, parasitological, endocrinological, and cancer research. We have been bred Z:ZCLA Mongolian gerbil and is giving bio-purification since 1978, now we have established two standards closed colony, the conventional colony and the specific pathogen free(SPF) colony. In this paper, we studied the polymorphism of the conventional closed colony of Z:ZCLA Mongolian gerbil with PCR-denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis-silver nitrate staining and recorded their characters. We used 9 microsatellite loci as markers to detect the genetic variation of our colony, and found that locus 1 had only one allele, while locus 2-9 had two to four alleles, respectively. Average heterozygosity, allele number and polymorphism information content (PIC) was recorded as 0.4684, 2.6 and 0.4166, respectively. The individual gene homogeneity was found 0.1111-0.5555, with anaverage of 0.3389. Therefore, we observed the medium genetic diversity of the conventional closed colony of Z:ZCLA Mongolian gerbil.
Polymorphism and Sequence Analysis of Partial Fragment of BMP6 Gene in Five Sheep Breeds

Abstract:Single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) of exons 5,6,7 of bone morphogenetic protein 6(BMP6) gene were detected in 301 individuals of five sheep breeds(Small-tailed Han,Hu,Dorset,Texel and Corriedale sheep) with three pairs of primers by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-single strand conformation polymorphism(SSCP).No polymorphisms were detected in the amplified regions of three pairs of primers in five sheep breeds tested,which may indicate that the sequences of exons 5,6,7 of BMP6 gene were rather conserved.On the other hand,partial sequences of BMP6 mRNA were cloned from Small-tailed Han sheep(695 bp) and Jining Grey goat(699 bp) respectively,and the sequences(785 bp) of intron between exon 3 and exon 4 with some of the two flanking exons were also sequenced in Small-tailed Han sheep.The two BMP6 sequences show high identity with 99.28% at nucleotide level and 98.1% at amino acid level,and besides an insert of alanine in goat,only 4 amino acid alterations were found between them(211 in total).Compared with the ovine nucleotide and amino acid sequence of BMP6 with that of cattle,human,mouse and rat,identities of 97.04%,81.82%,84.68%,85.06% and identities of 99.05%,91.43%,90.48%,92.38% were revealed respectively.The results suggested that although the nucleotide changes are a little big,the amino acid sequences of BMP6 are very conservative among species.

Abstract:The DNA samples were purified from the blood samples taken from 53 Small Tail Han sheep ewes in Shandong and 25 Poll Dorset ewes from Yongchang of Gansu,35 Mongolia ewes from Wuwei of Gansu.The specific constriction primer of sheep was constructed by using GenBank human PGR-exon 4 and sheep PGR mRNA sequence.The PCR amplification was done and the cloning of its products was made subsequently for the analysis.The PCR-SSCP technology was used for Polymorphism analysis and DNA sequence analysis technology was used for SNPs analysis.The results showed in the following:There were three genotypes of AA wild type,AB heterozygote and BB mutative homozygote in Small Tail Han sheep,there were only two genotypes of AA and AB in Mongolia sheep,there was only AA genotype found in Poll dorset and there are no other genotypes has been found;The statistic analysis show that the genotype constitution of Small Tail Han sheep showed markedly difference to poll Dorset and Mongolia sheep(P0.01) while there were no significance difference between Poll Dorset and Mongolia sheep(P0.05);There were 4 mutative loci in the genotype of mutative homozygote BB and heterozygote AB of the Small Tail Han sheep,In addition,only fourth mutative loci of 246 T→C leads the mutation of amino acids.

Abstract:Single nucleotide polymorphism in exon 1 of the estrogen receptor(ESR) gene was detected by PCR-SSCP in high fecundity Hu sheep breed.The results indicated that there were three genotypes(AA,BB,AB) in Hu sheep and the frequency of allele A and B was 0.554 and 0.446,respectively.Comparison with the AA genotype,sequencing revealed a C→G mutation at 363 bp of exon 1 of ESR gene in the BB genotype.The Hu sheep with AB genotype or BB genotype had 0.98 and 1.47 more lambs than those with AA genotype,respectively.These results showed that the estrogen receptor locus was a major gene that controlled the prolificacy in Hu sheep or a mark in close linkage with such a gene.

Abstract:The polymorphism of goat growth hormone gene in 5'-region of 225～429bp in 274 goats including Lubei white goat, introducted Boer goat,pured breed Boer goat and hybrid generation 1 of Boer goat and LuBei whitw goat and back cross generation 1 were detected by PCR-SSCP. The result showed that this fragment had polymorphism.The amplified fragments of CC and DD were cloned and sequenced . and DD genotype had 3 substitution mutations at 264 site(T→C), 292 site(T→A),372 site (C→T).

Abstract:Myotatin gene is a important candidate gene for growth and development of skeleton muscle.The entire myostatin coding sequences were determined for 32cattle sampled from 30Mongolia and 2Pie dmontese cattle.Six DNA sequence polymorphisms were identified in the Mongolia cattle,o f which three were amino acid substitution,and three were silent mutatio ns.In the Piedmont cattle,the myotatin sequence contains a mis sense mutation in exon 3,resulting i n a substitution of tyrosine for an in variant cysteine in the mature region of the protein,which i s consistent with other reports previously.The results indicated that t here was a very high mu-tation frequency in the myotatin gen e of evolution.
The Polymorphism of Leptin Gene Intron 2 in Hu Sheep and Its Influence on the Body Weight Traits

Abstract:Sequencing and PCR-RFLP were applied to detect single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) in intron 2 of leptin gene in 85 Hu sheep.Two SNPs of A99G and C150T were found.The dominant genotypes in the two loci were both wild genotype,genotype frequencies were 0.7882 and 0.8000,respectively.Mutation genotype was not found in the both loci.Chi-square test showed that the population was at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P0.05).Association analysis between the SNPs and body weight traits showed that the genotypes on the two loci had no significant influence on birth weight,3-month weight and 6-month weight(P0.05).

Abstract:The aim was to investigate the relationship between polymorphisms of gene mutation loci and reproductive traits in local sheep breeds (Duolang Sheep) and introduced sheep breeds (Suffolk, Hu Sheep) in Xinjiang to provide new molecular markers for the selection and breeding of high fecundity sheep. The expression pattern of typing successful genes in sheep tissues was investigated by RT-qPCR technology, providing primary data for subsequent verification of gene function. The 26 mutation loci of WWC2 , ARHGEF9 , SLK , GAB3 , and FSHR genes were typed using KASP. Association analyses were performed using SPSS 25.0, and the typing results showed that five genes with six loci, WWC2 (g.14962207 C>T), ARHGEF9 (g.48271079 C>A), SLK (g.27107842 T>C, g.27108855 G>A), GAB3 (g.86134602 G>A), and FSHR (g.80789180 T>G) were successfully typed. The results of the association analyses showed that WWC2 (g.14962207 C>T), SLK (g.27108855 G>A), ARHGEF9 (g.48271079 C>A), and FSHR (g.80789180 T>G) caused significant or extremely significant effects on the litter size in Duolang, Suffolk and Hu Sheep populations. The expression distribution pattern of the five genes in 12 sheep reproduction-related tissues was examined by RT-qPCR. The results showed that the expression of the SLK gene in the uterus, the FSHR gene in the ovary, and the ARHGEF9 gene in hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis-related tissues were significantly higher than in the tissues of other parts of the sheep. WWC2 and GAB3 genes were highly expressed both in reproductive organs and visceral tissues. In summary, the WWC2 (g.14962207 C>T), SLK (g.27108855 G>A), ARHGEF9 (g.48271079 C>A), and FSHR (g.80789180 T>G) loci can be used as potential molecular markers for detecting differences in reproductive performance in sheep. Due to variations in typing results, the SLK (g.27107842 T>C) and GAB3 (g.86134602 G>A) loci need further validation.

[Polymorphisms of Exon 2 of MHC-DRB3 Gene in Mongolian and Kazakh Sheep].

Abstract:MHC(major histocompatibility complex) is a chromosomal region consisting of a group of closely linked loci which are highly polymorphic, which plays a central role in the immune system of animals and is almost found in all vertebrates. Its expressional product is MHC antigen of which main function is antigen presentation. In this study, the exon 2 of MHC-DRB3 gene was amplified by PCR and a uniform fragment of 285 bp was obtained in Mongolian Sheep and Kazakh Sheep. The 285 bp PCR product was digested with restriction endomuclease HaeIII and genetic polymorphism was investigated by PCR-RFLP. Seven alleles were found: A(168 bp/117 bp), B(154 bp/117 bp/14 bp), C(154 bp/65 bp/52 bp/14 bp), D(168 bp/65 bp/52 bp), E(154 bp/131 bp), F(154 bp/66 bp/65 bp), H(220 bp/65 bp). There are seventeen genotypes in the tested populations, BB(154 bp/117 bp/14 bp), CC(154 bp/65 bp/52 bp/14 bp), EE(154 bp/131 bp), HH(220 bp/65 bp), FF(154 bp/66 bp/65 bp), AB(168 bp/154 bp/117 bp/14 bp), AC(168 bp/154 bp/117 bp/65 bp/52 bp/14 bp), AE(168 bp/154 bp/131 bp/117 bp), AH(220 bp/168 bp/117 bp/65 bp), BC(154 bp/117 bp/65 bp/52 bp/14 bp), CE(154 bp/131 bp/65 bp/52 bp/14 bp), CD(168 bp/154 bp/65 bp/52 bp/14 bp), CF(154 bp/66 bp/65 bp/52 bp/14 bp), CH(220 bp/154 bp/65 bp/52 bp/14 bp), DE(168 bp/154 bp/131 bp/65 bp/52 bp), EH(220 bp/154 bp/131 bp/65 bp), FH(220 bp/154 bp/66 bp/65 bp). By analyzing restriction map, polymorphic sites were detected at base position 154, 168 and 220. Statistical results indicated that there are significant differences of some genotypic frequencies and allelic frequencies between Mongolian Sheep and Kazakh Sheep(P < 0.10, P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). CC, FF, BC and B, C, F are favorable genotypes and favorable alleles respectively in Mongolian Sheep and Kazakh Sheep, In addition, HaeIII CE and HaeIII E is favorable genotype and favorable allele respectively in Kazakh Sheep. The results of chi 2 test showed that genotypes of MHC-DRB, gene in Mongolian Sheep and Kazakh Sheep did not fit with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P < 0.01).
Association of polymorphisms in bone morphogenetic protein receptor-1B gene exon-9 with litter size in Dorset, Mongolian, and Small Tail Han ewes

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: The present study was to investigate the association of polymorphisms in exon-9 of the bone morphogenetic protein receptor-1B (BMPR-1B) gene (C864T) with litter size in 240 Dorset, 232 Mongolian, and 124 Small Tail Han ewes.METHODS: Blood samples were collected from 596 ewes and genomic DNA was extracted using the phenol: chloroform extraction method. The 304-bp amplified polymerase chain reaction product was analyzed for polymorphism by single-strand conformation polymorphism method. The genotypic frequency and allele frequency of BMPR-1B gene exon-9 were computed after sequence alignment. The χ2 independence test was used to analyze the association of genotypic frequency and litter size traits with in each ewe breed, where the phenotype was directly treated as category.RESULTS: The results indicated two different banding patterns AA and AB for this fragment, with the most frequent genotype and allele of AA and A. Calculated Chi-square test for BMPR-1B gene exon-9 was found to be more than that of p value at the 5% level of significance, indicating that the population under study was in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium for all ewes. The χ2 independence test analyses indicated litter size differences between genotypes was not the same for each breed. The 304-bp nucleotide sequence was subjected to BLAST analysis, and the C864T mutation significantly affected litter size in singletons, twins and multiples. The heterozygosity in exon-9 of BMPR-1B gene could increase litter size for all the studied ewes.CONCLUSION: Consequently, it appears that the polymorphism BMPR-1B gene exon-9 detected in this study may have potential use in marker assisted selection for litter size in Dorset, Mongolian, and Small Tail Han ewes.

Abstract:Background: Upon binding luteinizing hormone in the ovary, the luteinizing hormone/choriogonadotropin receptor （LHCGR） is necessary for follicular maturation and ovulation, as well as luteal function. We detected mutations in the LHCGR gene and evaluated their association with superovulation. Methods: Using polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism （PCR-SSCP） and DNA sequencing, we examined polymorphisms in LHCGR and the genotypes associated with superovulation traits in 127 Chinese Holstein heifers. Results: A G/T polymorphism （ss52050737） in exon 11 was significantly associated with the total number of ova and the number of transferable embryos. Conclusions: LHCGR may be a new predictor for superovulation in Chinese Holstein heifers.
Identification of differentially expressed genes in Mongolian sheep ovaries by suppression subtractive hybridization

Abstract:Fecundity is an important trait in sheep. Because it is directly related to production costs and efficiency, it has great economic impact in sheep husbandry. Because Mongolian sheep are a longstanding, indigenous breed, they are genetically related to most other breeds of sheep in China. The study of genes related to reproductive traits is essential to improving the fecundity of Mongolian sheep. In the present study, suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) was performed using forward and reverse nested primers on cDNA libraries from ovarian tissue of single-bearing (S) and biparous (B) Mongolian sheep (MS). This yielded 768 clones. The length of the inserted fragments ranged from 150 to 1000 bp. From these, dot blot hybridization followed by sequencing and homology blast search in GenBank resolved 373 differentially expressed clones, representing 185 gene sequences (homology >85% and length >200 bp), 10 expressed sequence tags (ESTs; homology >95% and length >100 bp), and 4 unknown ESTs. The analysis of the differentially expressed gene functions allowed these genes to be categorized into seven groups: cell/body or immune defense, metabolism, transportation, nucleic acid modification, cell development, signal transduction, and cell structure. Four differentially expressed genes, a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs 1 (ADAMTS1), inhibitor of DNA binding 3 (ID3), bone morphogenetic protein 6 (BMP6), and integrin beta 1 (ITGB1), were randomly selected and verified using relative quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RQ-PCR). The expression of these genes in BMS ovaries was 30.06, 11.55, 0.82, and 1.12-fold that of SMS ovaries, respectively.
Snp Detection and Haplotype Analysis in Partial Sequence of Mstn Gene in Sheep

Abstract:Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products of the MSTN gene amplified from sixty sheep of nine Chinese indigenous sheep breeds and one imported sheep breed were sequenced to identify the single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in a 378-bp fragment including intron 2 and exon 3 of the MSTN gene. A total of fifteen SNPs (A1937C, T1942G, C1956T, A1972C, A1990G, A2008C, A2011G, C2019T, A2025C, A2027C, T2085G, T2173C, C2198T, C2210T and C2213T) were detected among the sixty sequenced individuals and they were all located in intron 2. Twelve haplotypes were identified from these fifteen SNPs, of which haplotype I (CGTCGCGTCCGCTTT) and VIII (ATCAAAACAATTCCC) were the two major and basic ones with frequencies of 12.25% and 77.80%, respectively. Haplotype VIII was distributed in all sheep breeds and all individuals of the meat or meat-wool type sheep breeds were homozygous with respect to this haplotype. This suggests that haplotype VIII might be related to meat production traits in sheep. Haplotype I was only distributed in the fur, lambskin type and fur-meat type sheep breeds. This suggests that haplotype I may have some relationship with fur traits in sheep.
Single-Cell Transcriptome Sequencing Reveals Molecular Expression Differences and Marker Genes in Testes during the Sexual Maturation of Mongolian Horses

Abstract:This study aimed to investigate differences in testicular tissue morphology, gene expression, and marker genes between sexually immature (1-year-old) and sexually mature (10-year-old) Mongolian horses. The purposes of our research were to provide insights into the reproductive physiology of male Mongolian horses and to identify potential markers for sexual maturity. The methods we applied included the transcriptomic profiling of testicular cells using single-cell sequencing techniques. Our results revealed significant differences in tissue morphology and gene expression patterns between the two age groups. Specifically, 25 cell clusters and 10 cell types were identified, including spermatogonial and somatic cells. Differential gene expression analysis highlighted distinct patterns related to cellular infrastructure in sexually immature horses and spermatogenesis in sexually mature horses. Marker genes specific to each stage were also identified, including APOA1, AMH, TAC3, INHA, SPARC, and SOX9 for the sexually immature stage, and PRM1, PRM2, LOC100051500, PRSS37, HMGB4, and H1-9 for the sexually mature stage. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of testicular development and spermatogenesis in Mongolian horses and have potential applications in equine reproductive biology and breeding programs. In conclusion, this study provides valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying sexual maturity in Mongolian horses.
Sequence Comparing of Mtdna D-Loop Varied Region in Chinese Mongolian Horse and External Thoroughbred Horse

Abstract:Mitochondrial DNA D-Loop varied region 400 bp sequence variations in four Chinese Mongolian horses and four External Thoroughbred horses were analyzed in this experiment. The results showed that the average nucleotide mutational rate of mtDNA D-Loop varied region in four Chinese Mongolian horses was 3.69%,while External Thoroughbred horses were 4.00%. Three types of mutations including transition,transversion and deletion were all found in the investigated mtDNA D-Loop regions,of which transition was the most frequent. Nucleotide mutational loci were abundant,length mutations were found and great differences were all observed among the eight horses. It showed there existed much polymorphism in the mitochondrial DNA D-Loop varied region of Chinese Mongolian horses and External Thoroughbred horses.

Abstract:Adrenergic, alpha-1B-, receptor (ADRA1B) and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma, coactivator 1 beta (PPARGC1B) genes are involved in regulation of hen ovarian development. In this study, these two genes were investigated as possible molecular markers associated with hen-housed egg production, egg weight (EW) and body weight in Chinese Dagu hens. Samples were analyzed using the polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) technique, followed by sequencing analysis. Two novel single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were identified within the candidate genes. Among them, an A/G transition at base position 1915 in exon 2 of ADRA1B gene and a T/C mutation at base position 6146 in the 3′-untranslated region (UTR) of PPARGC1B gene were found to be polymorphic and named SNP A1915G and T6146C, respectively. The SNP A1915G (ADRA1B) leads to a non-synonymous substitution (aspartic acid 489-to-glycine). The 360 birds from the Dagu population were divided into genotypes AA and AG, allele A was found to be present at a higher frequency. Furthermore, the AG genotype correlated with significantly higher hen-housed egg production (HHEP) at 30, 43, 57, and 66 wks of age and with a higher EW at 30 and 43 wks (p<0.05). For the SNP T6146C (PPARGC1B), the hens were typed into TT and TC genotypes, with the T allele shown to be dominant. The TC genotype was also markedly correlated with higher HHEP at 57 and 66 wks of age and EW at 30 and 43 wks (p<0.05). Moreover, four haplotypes were reconstructed based on these two SNPs, with the AGTC haplotype found to be associated with the highest HHEP at 30 to 66 wks of age and with higher EW at 30 and 43 wks (p<0.05). Collectively, the two SNPs identified in this study might be used as potential genetic molecular markers favorable in the improvement of egg productivity in chicken breeding.

Abstract:Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor-1B (BMPR-1B) is considered as the primary gene in sheep for follicular development and litter size trait.It has been defi ned as the most major candidate gene for genetic markers of sheep reproductive performance.In our study, polymorphisms in the BMPR-1B gene 3'-UTR region were investigated in 363 Tibetan sheep (119 Plateau-type Tibetan sheep, 141 Valley-type Tibetan sheep, and 103 Oula-type Tibetan sheep) by DNA sequencing analysis.Two single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were identifi ed, which were G1339A and A1354G.The frequencies of SNPs were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (Chi-square test, P>0.05).AA and AG genotypes were found in the A1354G variant of the 3'UTR region, that AA and A were the preponderant genotype and allele, respectively.The χ2 independence test analyses indicated that the A1354G variant of BMPR-1B gene 3'UTR region polymorphisms was signifi cantly correlated with litter size in all-types Tibetan sheep (P<0.05).These results demonstrate that the BMPR-1B gene 3'-UTR region might be a potential candidate gene for marker-assisted selection (MAS).
Genetic Polymorphism in GDF8 Region of HU Sheep Based on Microsatellite DNA

Abstract:[Objective] This study was to analyze the genetic polymorphism in GDF8 Region of HU sheep. [Method] Four microsatellite loci including BMS1591,TEXAN-2,FCB128 and BM81124 mapped on GDF8 region of chromosome No. 2 of sheep that may be correlated with growth performance were chosen to detect the molecular genetics foundation of growth performance of Hu sheep. [Result] Four microsatellite loci detected were high in heterozygosity,more in effective alleles number and rich in polymorphic information,all the three indices passed through the high polymorphic level (PIC0.5). [Conclusion] The four microsatellite loci detected could be used to estimate the genetic polymorphism of growth performance of Hu sheep.

Abstract:Growth traits are economically important traits in sheep breeding. This study was conducted to evaluate the polymorphisms of ALB, AHSG and GC genes and their association with growth traits in Hu sheep. We measured and recorded the body weight (BW), body height (BH), body length (BL) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) of 1418 male Hu sheep raised in the same environment from 80 to 180 days of age. The total of four SNPs in the ALB, AHSG and GC genes were identified by direct sequencing technology. The results of association analysis showed that two loci (g.8699 A>T and g.13458 T>C) of ALB gene significantly affect average daily gain (ADG; P < 0.05). The genotypes of SNP g.2454 T>C in AHSG gene were significantly associated with ADG and FCR (P < 0.05). There were significant associations between GC g.19484 A>C and BW, BH and BL (P < 0.05). The results of qRT-PCR showed that ALB, AHSG, and GC genes were extremely significantly higher in H_BW sheep compared with those in the L_BW sheep (P < 0.01). These results revealed that ALB-1 g.8699 A>T, ALB-2 g.13458 T>C, AHSG g.2454 T>C and GC g.19484 A>C loci are potential molecular markers for Hu sheep breeding.
