Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of MSCT in diagnosing hepatic angiomyolipomas.Materials and Methods Ten cases of pistological proved hepatic angiomyolipomas were restrospectively analyzed.Results Ten cases appeared as low attenuation tumor with clear margin on plain CT images.Three cases contained both soft tissue and adipose tissue component inside the tumors.The soft tissue component of tumors were markedly enhanced on the arterial phase,and were still hyperdense on portal venous phase and parenchymal phase.The adipose tissue appeared as inhomogeneous enhancement on the arterial and portal venous phase.Seven cases showed central vessels in the lesions on the arterial phase.Contorted feeding arteries and drainage veins could be seen on contrast CT images in 4 cases.Conclusion Muti-slice spiral CT display the imaging features and has important diagnosis value of hepatic angiomyolipomas.
