Abstract:The distribution of cardiac sympathetic nerve changes after myocardial infarction.The regional co-existence of denervation and excessive innervation increases electrophysiological heterogeneity.Sympathetic remodeling and electrical remodeling influences mutually,which becomes an important factor of malignant arrhythmia and sudden death after myocardial infarction.The mechanisms and intervention of sympathetic remodeling have become a hot issue,which may be offer a new direction for the therapy of arrhythmia after myocardial infarction in the future.
