NRAMP1 Gene in Quantitative Expression of Wild Boar Crossbred Pigs

Abstract:Using semi-quantitative and quantitative PCR methods on hybrid wild boar,such as NRAMP1 gene in 10 tissues were studied.The results of semi-quantitative showed that in brain,lung,lymph nodes,leukocytes and spleen tissue appeared strong amplification;in liver,ileum,kidney,muscle and heart appeared weak amplification.The results of quantitative PCR confirmed that the genes in different tissues vary the volume,the maximal expression was observed in spleen and the minimum in liver.The difference between the maximal and the minimum was more than 71 times.Which followed by that of low spleen,brain,lung,ileum,kidney,lymph nodes,colon,heart,muscle and liver.
