Abstract:Abstract Discrete manufacturing enterprises are developing towards the direction of intelligence. This paper designs an intelligent equipment management platform aiming at the equipment management and production efficiency problems of discrete enterprises. Intelligent method and advanced IE technology are used to provide a safe and efficient intelligent equipment management platform for discrete manufacturing enterprises through signal processing technology, multi-sensor sorting technology, big data analysis, artificial intelligence technology and visual design (based on the principle of information processing economy). According to the improvement, monitoring, early warning and analysis can understand the status better of workshop equipment in real time, provide decision-making basis for the enterprise and workshop managers, and ultimately improve the overall efficiency and management level of the enterprise, improve the operation efficiency and emergency command ability of the enterprise, and strengthen the core competitiveness of the enterprise.

Abstract:Considered with the actualities and demands of the special equipment management,the sorts and classes of the special equipment is firstly introduced and described in this paper.Then the paper develops and constructs the function model of the management information system for the special equipment,and plans and designs the business/data flow of the management system.By using JBuilderX and Oracle9i as developing instrument,methods and technique are presented to realize the dynamic character/function management of the system.The appliance shows that the management system studied in this paper can meet the demand of the special equipment management and improve the safety of the special equipment.

Abstract:This paper presents a novel interactive electronic technical manual (IETM) centered intelligent maintenance system, which integrates diagnosis strategies of experience-based manual interpretation, rule-based fuzzy semantic inference and condition-based data fusion. Firstly, initial judgment is tried by onsite maintainer; otherwise rule-based fuzzy semantic inference is proposed on the designed IETM platform for rapid diagnosis using portable maintenance aid (PMA). For condition monitoring subsystems, signals can be collected and download to ground station via PMA for enhanced diagnosis using advanced classifiers and data fusion techniques. The combined diagnostic strategies are employed to trigger maintenance guidance and relevant works such as spare parts management etc. The proposed scheme was evaluated by two experiments of fault diagnosis for electric multiple units (EMU) trains. Experiment results show that intelligent, convenient, accurate and flexible diagnosis advantages can be obtained, which are benefit to maintenance reality.

Abstract:Providing the excellent equipment maintenance service for customers is more and more important to manufacturing enterprise. But traditional after-sale maintenance service management has many problems, such as the slow response to maintenance service request and the long waiting time of the customers; the process to deal with the maintenance request is not normative; the mechanism of the initiative maintenance service is lacked. This research focuses on resolving these problems with workflow technology, data mining and enterprise application integration technology; the equipment maintenance management system for customer service is proposed. The function model of the system is analyzed; the five-tier architecture based on J2EE application server is presented, then the algorithm to implement the forecast and warning for the equipment maintenance service, the development and implementation process of the equipment maintenance management system based on the workflow technology, the modeling of the maintenance service workflow, and the information exchange model of the system with other application system and the integration technology and methods are described in detail. Based on these research results, the running application system is developed; a case of providing maintenance service for customer in textile machine industry is studied.

Abstract:This paper introduces a Comprehensively Functional Integrated Management Information System designed for the Optical Engineering Major by the College of Optical Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University, which combines the functions of teaching, students learning, educational assessment and management. The system consists of 5 modules, major overview, online curriculum, experiment teaching management, graduation project management and teaching quality feedback. The major overview module introduces the development history, training program, curriculums and experiment syllabus and teaching achievements of optical engineering major in Zhejiang University. The Management Information System is convenient for students to learn in a mobile and personalized way. The online curriculum module makes it very easy for teachers to setup a website for new curriculums. On the website, teachers can help students on their problems about the curriculums in time and collect their homework online. The experiment teaching management module and the graduation project management module enables the students to fulfill their experiment process and graduation thesis under the help of their supervisors. Before students take an experiment in the lab, they must pass the pre-experiment quiz on the corresponding module. After the experiment, students need to submit the experiment report to the web server. Moreover, the module contains experiment process video recordings, which are very helpful to improve the effect of the experiment education. The management of the entire process of a student's graduation program, including the project selection, mid-term inspection, progress report of every two weeks, final thesis, et al, is completed by the graduation project management module. The teaching quality feedback module is not only helpful for teachers to know whether the education effect of curriculum is good or not, but also helpful for the administrators of the college to know whether the design of syllabus is reasonable or not. The Management Information System changes the management object from the education results to the entire education processes. And it improves the efficiency of the management. It provides an effective method to promote curriculum construction management by supervision and evaluation, which improves students' learning outcomes and the quality of curriculums. As a result, it promotes the quality system of education obviously.

Abstract:Nowadays the military representatives are faced with a lot of problems in the inspection, such as the misstatement or underreporting from manufacturers, insufficient experience of the quality inspector and heavy workload of data archiving.Based on the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual techniques, the paper studies the military inspection program produced by a certain type of gas turbine, analyzes the purposes, methods and required functions of the digital inspection system, on the basis of which, a complete digital inspection workflow and solution that apply to the naval main power device quality supervision is put forward.

Abstract:Artificial intelligence has developed rapidly and intelligent equipment has improved in the field of urban rail transit. The computer maintenance management system (CMMS) is still used, but cannot satisfy requirements from the internal systems of intelligent equipment. In the intranet, CMMS is only a platform processing based on the Web including information published, reviewed and task approval. However, it has simple logic and high manual repetition rate, which is similar with the electronic data processing system (EDPS) in the early 1950s. Based on the existing CMMS of urban rail transit, the paper analyzes the system requirements from the perspective of multiple scenarios including users, application, data, technology, and management. The information management system of intelligent maintenance equipment accelerates information integration and flow between multiple systems to create intelligent interaction experience between people and information resources. Therefore, it meets the requirements of intelligent maintenance equipment and promotes management efficiency.

Abstract:An e-service based equipments maintenance system is put forward,together with the establishment of an equipment maintenance framework based on e-service.According to the framework,the correspondent enabling techniques,such as the information and events interaction and share under heterogeneous environments,the equipments performance degradation model based on the logistic regression model and support vector regression as well as the collaborating problems between different function nodes etc.,are explored deeply.Finally,a WEB based software is developed and successfully applied in production,which serves as a verification of the ideas mentioned above.

Abstract:Internet of Things is called the sensing network at first, which connect any object with Internet, by using radio frequency discerning (RFID) and sensor etc. information gathering equipments, and according to the agreement agreed, realizing the information exchanging and communication, location, following, controlling and management intellectually. Abstract:In recent years, a variety of equipment automatic control systems have been applied to Chinese new metro projects such as Integrated Supervisory Control System(ISCS), Building Automation System(BAS), Fire Alarming System(FAS), etc. As with the improvement of automation in metro equipment engineering, the number of physical interfaces between sub-systems, the complexity of interface technology, the number of responsibility interfaces between different participants have increased dramatically. Traditional approaches for interface management (IM) such as interface communication meetings or interface related documents cannot adapt to modern automation level in metro equipment engineering any more. However, it remains quite common that the owners of metro projects are inexperienced in interface management and lack of standard IM approaches and effective IM tools. In order to improve the efficiency of IM and reduce the IM risks by minimizing the cost for interface conflicts and interface reworks, this paper comes up with an integrated interface model (IIM) which extracts interface information from scattered technical documents and then identifies, classifies and expresses the interface information again through structured and standardized format according to practical interface information requirement. Besides, the model proposes approaches to calculate the exact value of matching degree for technical interface and to track responsibility interface information during the whole construction stage. Based on IIM, the development and application of a web-based integrated interface management system (WIIMS) is presented in the study. The application of this system can provide technical guidance; information sharing and decision support for IM and further facilitates process control for the construction of metro equipment engineering.

Abstract:In order to satisfy the development of equipment information management,an information model of equipment management is built.The model describes a dynamic and feedback information flow,which is composed of processing the running data,recognizing the equipment condition,making the maintenance plans or spare part plans and adjusting the technological parameters.Guided by the information model,a management system based on condition,which serves equipments inspected by route,is developed.During the development process,four crucial techniques are solved:integration of C/S and B/S in one system,making maintenance plans based on condition,dynamic spare part management based on statistic and prediction,and calculation of maintenance rations based on a dynamic model.The system has been applied to a steel enterprise.

Abstract:The high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing (HEIM) industry is of strategic importance to national and economic security. Engineering management (EM) for HEIM is a complex, innovative process that integrates natural science, technology, management science, social science, and the human spirit. New-generation information technology (IT), including the internet, cloud computing, big data, and arti ﬁ cial intelligence, have made a remarkable in ﬂ uence on HEIM and its engineering management activities, such as product system construction, product life cycle management, manufacturing resources organization, manufacturing model innovation, and reconstruction of the enterprise ecosystem. Engineering management for HEIM is a key topic at the frontier of international academic research. This study systematically reviews the current research on issues pertaining to engineering management for HEIM under the new-generation IT environment. These issues include cross-lifecycle management, network collaboration management, task integration management of innovative development, operation optimization of smart factories, quality and reliability management, information management, and intelligent decision making. The challenges presented by these issues and potential research opportunities are also summarized and discussed.

Abstract:Equipment management is an important component of manufacturing execution system(MES).According to equipment management requirements of MES,the equipment management system(EMS)for MES was developed by adopting CBR(case based reasoning).First the business process was analyzed.Then the system design was discussed in detail.Especially CBR of maintenance solution was introduced.Moreover,by the way of the three-tier Bower/Server architecture,the EMS was developed successfully.The applied results in some manufacturing enterprises showed the EMS improved their equipment management level greatly.
