Learn more.Copy URL Graphical Abstract A kind of novel main-chain polyrotaxanes was synthesized in situ via the ATRP of HPMA initiated with polypseudorotaxanes self-assembled from a distal 2-bromoisobutyryl end-capped Pluronic F127 with α- or β-CDs in the presence of Cu(I)Br/PMDETA at 25 °C in aqueous media.
